I work with LGBTQIA+ adults and couples navigating identity exploration, coming out (or comingout again), relationship shifts, and the emotional weight of living in a world that does not always make room for complexity.

CBT-I works by addressing the patterns — both behavioral and cognitive — that keep insomnia going. This includes how your body associates the bed with wakefulness, how anxiety about sleep builds over time, and how survival-driven habits can unintentionally reinforce the cycle.

I practice EMDR through a relational, body-aware, and consent-centered lens. Before any reprocessing begins, we focus on building safety, stability, and trust — both within your nervous system and within our therapeutic relationship.

I provide sex therapy for individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including low or changing desire, sexual pain, arousal difficulties, mismatched libido, communication challenges, and the impact of trauma or stress on intimacy.

As a clinician, I’ve spent over a decade walking with people through some of the most complex,painful, and transformative parts of their stories — and as a supervisor and consultant, I bring that same care and presence to supporting other therapists on their own professional path.
