Note on Intensives
EMDR Intensives are self-pay only . However, they are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide a comprehensive superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Insurance & Policies
In-Network Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) only. If you have a BCBS plan, we can verify your benefits prior to your first session to determine your copay or coinsurance responsibility.
Out-of-Network Benefits
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider, and I cannot guarantee coverage.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a $150 fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.
We understand that true emergencies and illnesses happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if you are in a crisis, and we will handle these situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
